What is a recurring residency?
It’s an ongoing, scheduled entertainment partnership designed to establish a signature sound and a consistently elevated experience for your guests without the logistical hassle of rebooking every event. This package strictly covers the DJ performance, required DJ equipment (mixer, media players, and/or laptop), and professional balanced audio cables (XLR or 1/4") for direct connection to your venue’s existing house PA system. PA loudspeakers and sound reinforcement are not included.
1. Locked-In Schedule: We reserve your recurring performance dates on our master calendar according to your chosen schedule (e.g., Every Wednesday), guaranteeing your preferred time slots are secured.
2. Secure Setup: You finalize the master service agreement and securely add your preferred payment method through our PCI-compliant, encrypted portal. No monetary deposit is required upfront to secure the recurring dates.
3. Service Delivery & Review: We provide the professional entertainment services as scheduled. This model allows a full administrative review day following the performance.
4. Streamlined Automated Billing: For your convenience and security, your stored credit card is automatically processed two days after the successful delivery of each event (e.g., Friday mornings).
Administrative Safeguards
To ensure full accountability and transparency:
Dispute Window: In the unlikely event of a performance discrepancy or contract dispute, either party may pause the upcoming automated payment by providing written notice before the scheduled charge date.
Accountability: If a payment is paused, our administration will address the issue promptly. If the dispute is resolved favorably, the automatic payment will be reactivated, and the account will be brought current.
